● Working w/city on cleaning up our park
● Permission received from city for clean out of butterfly gardens – targeted for Nov
● Flooding issues – Chip working w/city to address various areas in the neighborhood (the park, lot south of Birthday Cake Castle, cut at 12th, 18th), 17th was repaired. Chip will report at Nov meeting
● PBSO assigned 2 deputies to facilitate our needs, may invite to next meeting (Ed Guzman, Ken Hentz) – These names will be provided to Block Directors allowing members quicker contact with the PBSO through the Block Directors when there are issues

● Full Moon & Halloween Celebration – Oct 3, 8pm – potential golf cart/ bicycle parade (parade time TBD but proceeding celebration) – activities will follow CDC guidelines

● Ted / Theresa will select a home before the General Meeting, recommendations to be considered

o Lewis suggested daily checks at the park as evening ‘activities’ have been increasing
o Discussed Air B&B pros & cons – 1600 & 800 blocks still bad
o Discussed hybrid assoc meetings (in person & streaming) – Lucio to check this out for Nov General Meeting. Oct will be held in the park or Beach Club (TBD) – Monday Oct 12, 6:30 for approx. 1 hour w/rain date Tuesday if necessary

● NAPC – with opening of Phase 3 ‘in person’ meetings allowed using social distancing and masks
