● 2020 Dues collection ($10 individual, $20 household)

Social Committee: Nathalie Makepeace
● Still looking to restart events when possible
● 4th of July – committee Greg and Lewis – still working on boat, will re-paint. Kathleen & Lewis to work on the skit for competition if the race proceeds
● Mother’s Day – posters cancelled due to rush order problem and timing, funds available again since not used
Communications – Ted & Lucio
● Facebook/Website – will continue to post news about Covid
Home/Yard of the Month – Chair – Theresa Deveaux & Art Broughton

● Next month 1400 block possible
Block Director Updates
● Coverage for 10th and 17th continuing
● Sprinklers still issue for 1500 block
● Fishbowl house is for sale
● 800 block Spanish house may be demolished
● 922 S Palmway (Ted’s house) will have a camper on the backside for a while, to put up fences to satisfy code
● 900 block monkey grass under hedges in median, Cheryl will check on this

● Continuing to look for permanent Block Directors
VIII. New Business
● Guest Speaker – N/A this month
o Email bounce back – Shari to send out new member list after clean up as much as possible
o Flier for neighbors announcing General Zoom Meeting and Thank You to Essential Workers – finalized and sent out!
o General Meeting – park gathering discussed for Sunday night instead of Monday meeting, Cheryl will have cupcakes from the Bake Shop. Cheryl will send flier and include email address request.
o Scrub palms are available if anyone wants one for a block
o Water restriction 2 days 7am to 7pm in place
o 8th Ave S. & Federal – Lord’s Place building of 6 or 7 units – will fight this, Greg checking on it
IX. Good of the order
● Raft Race – may be delayed until later in summer, will definitely proceed with artist contest for ‘Life is a Beach’ theme – send entries to Cheryl or the NAPC website
X. Next Board Meeting
Monday, Oct 5, 2020 – off for the summer!
