      Discussion Items –

o      PBSO Report – Chris Disario – they used to come to our meetings or we sent volunteers to their meetings, dwindled to ineffective so Deputy was assigned to report to us through our Block Directors – report any issues to Block Directors and they will pass that on.  Reminder regarding PBSO app and submittal of photos, non-emergency # and incident request

o      Flooding issues discussed – Chip working w/city and Public Services (including park and pocket parks) – King Tides and drainage causing the issue – Commissioners and Mayor involved in resolution

o      Suggestion for Block Director ph#s and addresses added to the website and fliers – Ted to add

o      Can still use Block Directors for 1000 & 1700 blocks, can use more since others covering for blocks

o      Inappropriate park activity again, suggestion for ‘Pitch In’ sign for self cleanup in various languages, also for park only open from sunrise to sunset

o      Unincorporated volunteer cars can patrol neighborhood, need to volunteer – Bob or Chris can get ph# for those interested

o      Suggestion for Dog Park – we would need to pay for it and keep it up – work with Commissioners for assistance and funding, Bryant Park area is available

o      Send updated email addresses to secretary@southpalmpark.org
