Block Director Updates
● Loads of sand at 720 Lakeside
● Gene Guideon – metal roof denied by staff – will gather more info
● 1130 S. Lakeside – demolition
● 800 block social went well, helpful for recruiting neighbors
● Streetlight issues at south end of 10th
● Natalie & Lewis announced construction
● New Neighbors on 11thand 15th
● Drains done at Lakeside Palms Ct
● Stump is gone on 13th, can plant tree now!
● Tree donations, landscaping 15th
● Need 5 Block Directors – 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th and 17th now vacant.
● Chris will ask Nestor again about 10th and cover it for now.
● Marcia will cover 17th , Bill will cover 9th and Bob & Cheryl will cover 5th and 6th for now.
● Canvas for new directors, Lewis will ask when those block neighbors sign in at the meeting
VIII. New Business
● Guest Speaker – Brendan Lynch – Chair CRA, next month Bill Johnson – PB County Emergency Management or Dr. Alonzo – Medical Dir for County or Esther Mendoza – PBSO regarding DOJ grant
o Need to be consistent with suggestions in supporting neighbors
o Demolition on S. Lakeside
o Park repair after renovations – Cheryl will talk with Mr. Brown – using dirt but no plan
o Flooding on Lakeside
IX. Good of the order
● NAPC – Taste of LWB Mar 6, 6:30 – 9:30 Lake Ave. Tickets still available until tomorrow - $25
● St. Patrick’s Day Parade – need volunteers
