      Guest Speakers – Yolanda Robinson, Donald Dougherty – Code Enforcement – Definition of code enforcement rules. Sequence of notices explained up to court. Current problems discussed: dumping 7th Ave, trash removal, unregistered vehicles, shopping carts, permits, fence encroachment, storm shutters up too long. Request from Cheryl for notice of owners who will be absent for the season.  Ordinances explained. Cases for Federal Hwy properties discussed. Encourage cameras.  Alleyways discussed.
      Discussion Items –
o      Crime Report – No update, reminder about looking out for issues
o      Lakeside folks helping pick up trash, etc. – Lucio will let them know they can be associates
o      Trigger light fuses as you see them
o      School Bus stops being addressed
      50/50 Raffle – Total $104, $52 was won by BJ who gave it to Ted who donated it back to SPPNA
