Social Committee:  Nathalie Makepeace
      Full Moon, Holiday Lighting and Light WalkLighting work Nov 23 – Dec 4, Dec 7 party at 11th Ave extension, Golf Carts will be available for Light Walk – Breaker at 13th still a problem, but all others ok – Board will pass the word, Petty cash will help with Holiday Party up to $100 plus donations for extra decorations & food, 50/50 raffle will go to party fund
      New Year’s Eve – request for party and organizer, others willing to get involved
      Fund Raising Social Event – need committee
      Full Moons and Garage Sale will be in the new year
      Need more people involved

PBSO Crime Meeting Updates
      Bob provided update, Quarterly report available
      Cheryl & Bryce were burglarized
      Dog pills stolen but found 

Block Director Updates
      Of note:
o      814 & 1601 S. Palmway sold
o      15th is now open, Lakeside from the apartments down is now closed for repair
o      714 is up for sale
o      House at 826 Lakeside is down

      Guest Speaker – Nov: Jessica Savage, Strategic Improvement Project Manager – will discuss Census (Census Day Mar 12 electronic & Apr 1 regular), City 5 year plan, Dec: Donald Dougherty – Code Enforcement, Jan: Ed Liberty – Lighting, Suggestion for Playhouse Rep
      Discussion Items
o      Median repairs – sprinkler heads 500 & 1100 block, outlets 1100 block
o      Need new block directors for 5th
o      A group will attend the Goodwill meeting on Nov 18, Greg is chairing this group, send questions to him or Cheryl
o      Enforce participation to members only for events
o      Cheryl will address smells from sewer with City
o      Grocery cart problem – contact Scott Maxwell
o      Park sprinklers
