Board Meeting Minutes December, 2014

Meeting Called to Order at 6:30 by President Maryann Polizzi

Roll Call: Maryann Polizzi, Chip Guthrie, Daren Hamberger, Irene Guthrie, Coleman
Veach, Chris Diserio, Joanne Kelly, Cheryl Rashkin, Bob Rashkin, Mark Herbert, Brian
Luongo, Bill Foley, Lynn Foley, Ron Richard, Garry Madolid, Mel Jones, Art Broughton.

Chip made a motion to allow comments from non-board members who were present at
the meeting. Bill seconded the motion and the motion passed.

Mark Herbert made a motion to accept the minutes from the November 2nd board
meeting. Chip seconded the motion and the motion passed.

Treasurer Irene Guthrie reported a beginning balance last month of $3,158.46. Tip
money was received in the amount of $80 for selling beer at the Evening on the
Avenues. $220 in dues was collected. The ending balance was $3,458.46. Cheryl
Rashkin made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. It was seconded by Coleman
Veach. The motion passed.

Ron Richard gave a brief update on the Holiday Home Hop. Tickets are $10 per person
and there will be six homes participating.

Chris Diserio reported that the Neighborhood Crime Watch signs will be ordered soon.

Maryann reported that the signs for the communications grant will be ordered soon.

Art Broughton expressed interest in attending the 2016 REAP classes.

There was a discussion about the Nominating Committee, 2016 elections, the
nominating and election processes, and membership. Ron Richard and Joanne Kelly
volunteered to act as the Nominating Committee and to provide the board with a list of
nominees for the 2016 elections. Nominations were taken from members of the board.

The NAPC Election Debate will take place on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.

The Cottages of Lake Worth Tour is January 24, 2016.

There will be another sugar cane production tour on January 30, 2016. This is an all-day
tour. Contact Commissioner Andy Amoroso for more information.

The next board meeting will be held January 4, 2016 at 1529 South Palmway.

The next general meeting will be held January 11, 2016 at The Beach Club (Lake Worth
Golf Course).

A motion was made by Mark Herbert to adjourn the meeting. Chip seconded the motion
and the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:10.
